Hey Democratic voters your list of candidates has shrunk from twenty to four: Biden, Bloomberg, Sanders, and Warren. Have you studied their policies? Do you know what their policy positions are on taxes, Medicare for All, wars, income inequality, the minimum wage, etc? Or are you like this hapless idiot:
Buttigieg’s military service and the fact that he was the first openly gay candidate to run for president were especially compelling to Brock, who is a former marine himself. “I made the decision to vote early, because at the end of the day I just wanted to vote for the person I felt the most confident in,” he said. Do you vote for a celebrity, someone unique while ignoring policies, candidate history, and a lack of specific, vetted policy proposals. Maybe you should consider what Chris Hedges says in his latest article on Truthdig: The Democrats, like the Republicans, serve the interests of the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. The Democrats, like the Republicans, serve the interests of the defense contractors. The Democrats, like the Republicans, serve the interests of the fossil fuel industry. The Democrats, along with the Republicans, authorized $738 billion for our bloated military in fiscal 2020. The Democrats, like the Republicans, do not oppose the endless wars in the Middle East. The Democrats, like the Republicans, took from us our civil liberties, including the right to privacy, freedom from wholesale government surveillance, and due process. The Democrats, like the Republicans, legalized unlimited funding from the rich and corporations to transform our electoral process into a system of legalized bribery. The Democrats, like the Republicans, militarized our police and built a system of mass incarceration that has 25% of the world’s prisoners, although the United States has only 5% of the world’s population. The Democrats, like the Republicans, are the political face of the oligarchy. But I realize that is too much work for many of you. Your candidate research consist of listening to candidate campaign commercials, listening to corporate-owned media who want Donald Trump reelected or replaced by a corporate democrat who will maintain the status quo while pretending to promote progress. Are you that stupid? Does a "moderate" (coward) corporate-owned democrat really sound like the type of person you want to elect after four years of criminal/traitor/fool in the White House? If so, then you deserve Biden or Bloomberg. If you want real progress, you will consider Sanders or Warren while working like hell to win the Senate. (Check the Candidates page for these candidates policies). It is all up to you but in reality I don't have much faith in you because many of you have shown many times that you are too stupid, lazy, and apathetic to pick a real leader.

I just filed my 2019 taxes and I realized that even though no one likes to pay taxes, they do fund the "common good". But this year or for the past three years our taxes are not funding the "commons" only. They are funding a traitor in the White House, a Russian collaborator, who kisses Putin's ass and other dictators to keep his worthless corporation afloat. Who makes a point of denigrating our allies, our intelligence community, who lies about supporting veterans, who locks brown children and other minorities in cages. All this while spewing racist dogma and fraternizing with racists, Nazis, and religious hypocrites.
An illegitimate and impeached president who is so obsessed with his predecessor(an intelligent black man who cared about America) that he threatens our environment, cuts regulations that benefit the financial health, safety, and lives of citizens, and has lied more than 16,000 times and counting. A buffoon who has raised the deficit trillions in three years, wasted over $120 million on golf outings and has the unmitigated gall to claim he is the best "president" ever. But it is just not the POS in the White House that pisses me off. How about the gutless, boot-licking Senate/House GOP who have no problem with allowing this clown to destroy America? How about the tax subsidized corporations who reek in billions cheating the American consumer while their pawns in Congress and the White House look the other way with their greedy palms beckoning for money. So as you sign your 1040, I can understand your angry and frustrations at realizing that your tax dollars are being exploited by men and women who don't know how to govern and don't give a damn about you, the "commons". Have a nice day!!! As I sit and watch the third day of impeachment hearings, I can't help but wonder what the people think who voted for republicans:
Apparently republican voters are. Is it just stupidity. BONHOEFFER ON STUPIDITY(Talkers) says that: ‘If we want to know how to get the better of stupidity, we must seek to understand its nature. This much is certain, that it is in essence not an intellectual defect but a human one... "Upon closer observation, it becomes apparent that every strong upsurge of power in the public sphere, be it of a political or of a religious nature, infects a large part of humankind with stupidity. It would even seem that this is virtually a sociological-psychological law. I would add a couple more elements to this. First, there seems to be a desire, a selfishness, manifested in maintaining a status quo defined by serving only ones self at the expense of everyone else even when the status quo is destructive. Second, for those who vote republican, they find it impossible to admit they were fooled by a charlatan(s) therefore they must rationalize what they see to soothe their ethical morass. Whatever the answer is, we as a country should certainly strive to elect better representatives to serve the people instead of the sycophants, bootlickers, and clowns we are watching during these hearings. Donald Trump lost the popular vote by 2.9 million votes to Hillary Clinton in 2016. Clinton received 100,000 less popular votes than Obama in 2012 while Trump received 2.9 million more votes that Romney in 2012 (62.9 million vs 60 million). Trump focuses on his base of republicans, libertarians, and cowardly, ignorant independents. His base is solid and has been ever since the Civil Rights bill of 1968 when all the southern/northern racist totally swung to the GOP. Democrats campaigning to change their vote to democrat is a totally waste of time.
On the other hand, what about the so-called Trump voter who switched from Obama to Trump in 2016? Are they worth going after with a republican-lite agenda? Hell no!! They are stupid! For example in 2016: The majority of non-college educated white women (64%) voted for Trump, while 35% backed Clinton. This figure is far higher than non-college educated black women, of which only 3% voted for Trump, and non-college educated Hispanic women, of which 25% voted for Trump. Black, Hispanic and other non-white women backed Clinton in far greater numbers. --- In the end, it’s his white base that most benefited Trump. His most enthusiastic supporters were white men across the board, with 54% of college educated white men and 72% non-college educated white men backing him. These white men and women voted like a minority group, according to one electoral analyst, coalescing on a mission to put him in the White House. These are the people who will vote for Trump given the past two years headlines such as:
Trump will receive his base vote numbers, 60 million. The key to beating the "Criminal in the White House" is the third party vote which exceeded 6 million in 2016 up from 2 million in 2012. These where the voters who disliked Trump and Clinton voted libertarian, Green Party, etc. The Democrats will not have the Clinton drag on the party this time in terms of third party voters; remember she beat Trump by 2.9 million votes even with GOP voter suppression before losing in the Electoral College. Democrats have the potential for receiving 70 million votes in 2020 giving an enlighten who is responsive to voter demands and not some corporate stooge. The past two years of headlines about Trump and his steady approval rating at 35% to 40% proves that the "stupid" are impervious to facts and reality. The best and only way to defeat them and Trump is for intelligent people to vote and vote in large numbers. America's commercial media has developed a love affair with two democrats, Beto O'Rourke, the losing Senate candidate from Texas, and Stacey Abrams, the losing governor candidate from Georgia. Why?
Let us start with O'Rourke. He served six years in the House representing the El Paso region of Texas. He lost the Senate race against Ted Cruz, the most disgusting and weak-kneed man in the Senate besides Mitch McConnell. He tries to portray himself as a left-populist who unfortunately speaks only boilerplate principles and non-specific gibberish. According to a recent New York Times article, O'Rourke said: “A single-payer ‘Medicare for all’ program is the best way to ensure all Americans get the health care they need.” But during his Senate campaign, he carefully avoided those words, calling instead for “universal, guaranteed, high-quality health care for all.” O'Rourke lost by 200,00 votes in his Texas race to pathetic Ted Cruz who represents no one but the one percent. He also voted with other republicans in the House thirty percent of the time in support of TRUMP! His claim to fame for the commercial media is that he was able to raise more money in election history for his race. The media seemed to overlook the fact that Beto O’Rourke is the #2 recipient of oil/gas industry campaign cash in the entire (link)Congress.” Ms. Abrams lost a hotly contested race to a closet Klansman in Georgia governor's race. She performed well considering the voter suppression tactics utilized by the secretary of state and now governor of Georgia. She ran a progressive campaign in a state that is changing demographically but in which many whites are still fighting the Civil War. But how does that make her a solid contender for the presidency. She has served honorably as a state legislator and is known for her independence from special interests. She is obviously a better candidate than anything that the GOP has now or in the future, especially, when compared to the traitorous conman now in the presidency. In the final analysis, I can't support either of these candidates because they lost to inferior candidates. Let them win in their states and then lets talk. Also, if I have a choice, I would prefer Abrams who at least stands by her convictions! Hello, gentle folks out there who are glorifying in the Trump Kleptocracy. It has been a few weeks since I brought you the great news on how Trump is Making America Great Again" or as the libtards claim "Fucking America UP".
First, the great "dealmaker" has caused farmers to lose $1.9 billion in revenue thanks to his buffoonish trade talks with China which has resulted in China finding new suppliers for farm products. But farmers should not fear, since Trump is going to send them welfare checks for not growing food anyway. (Or were they already receiving those?) Second, the "great brain" has succeeded in raising the national debt to $22 trillion thanks to his $1.5 trillion tax giveaway to corporations and the rich. I am sure the rest of America will enjoy paying off that debt over the next, oh, century. But the news gets better, tax refund checks are expected to drop at least 8.4% thanks to closing loopholes on the middle class. Third, on the legal front, the "rat", Michael Cohen, has begun telling of checks written by Trump while president to payoff a porn star. He also squealed about possible bank fraud, insurance fraud, tax fraud and other "fake news". But Trump is not concerned since his troll, Attorney General William Barr, will squash Mueller's report and other "witch hunt" allegations. Fourth, the administration has successfully placed more unfit judges(racists, anti-LGBTQ, and anti-abortionists) on the federal bench which should ensure the perpetuation of second class citizenship for women and minority populations. Fifth, the administration has successfully placed a coal lobbyist at the head of EPA, and several other incompetents in key agencies which oversee environment, resources, and quality of life issues in his headlong pursuit of making America a shithole. Finally, "fearless leader" had an important summit with the North Korean leader. Nothing was accomplished, but the photo ops were outstanding! The 2018 midterm election is over except for a few recounts but one thing is for sure Americans showed that their stupidity, ignorance and racism won the day. For instance in Nevada, a dead pimp was elected to the state legislature. In New York an indicted sitting congressman was reelected. Not to be outdone, Neo-Nazis received twenty-five percent of the vote in losing campaigns in Illinois and California.
What the elections showed that Americans vote their stupidity: a democratic senator was reelected in Ohio yet the voters elected a republican governor. Several outright racist candidates, DeSantis of Florida and Kemp of Georgia have been declared winners (possible recount in Georgia) over extremely qualified black candidates. The criminal governor of Florida who bilked the government(you) out of half a billion dollars, Rick Scott, faces a possible runoff also. How do you vote for a crook? These examples raise several questions. First, how do you vote a split ticket? Is it based on some strategic logical thinking that favors electing opposing views to achieve progress. Ridiculous. Or is it a personality thing? Can voters who vote a split ticket really be informed about the policies of each candidate? Or is it that they just like one's appearance over the other's? Whatever the reason, ignorance of policies has to be a driving reason for this insanity. Then there is the racist vote. This phenomena has existed since Reconstruction in America. Qualified black candidates who speak to the inequalities and injustices in American society have to deal with racist voter suppression tactics, false accusations, and threats of violence. Racist whites would rather maintain an unjust society even if they are a victim than vote for a person of color. A phenomena which racists whites have been doing with great ease. What other reason does one vote for DeSantis over Gillum in Florida. DeSantis' only policy was kissing Trump's ass and engaging in racist dog whistles and he won. Abrams in Georgia not only had to deal with Kemp's racism but also the illegal purging of hundreds of thousands of black votes. He espoused no policies for advancing Georgia, they weren't needed because he was confident that he secured the racist vote. In conclusion, the 2018 midterms were an IQ test for Americans to determine if they had learned anything from two years of Trump's corruption, dictatorial fantasies, and racism. Some did but many did not. Democrats won the House but in the end, Americans are getting the government they deserve because they elected it! Hello, glorious "repugnants", excuse me, Republicans. We have had a fabulous month since I last updated you. We have gotten our finest troll onto the Supreme Court which will guarantee that our corporate donors will reap huge benefits and profits from poisoning the environment, overcharging customers, underpaying workers and the other losers.
As you well know, we are approaching the midterm elections and the hateful demicrats are rigging elections, wholesale. Just last month they filed lawsuits to overturn our "patriotic" voter integrity laws(voter suppression) based on some flimsy excuse that it prevents people of color from voting. I don't remember that being illegal in our party platform. We are moving forward on ending the oppressive regulations that have hamstrung our nuclear industry friends. Just last week I loosen the rules on setting radiation levels. Our donations from them have doubled as a result. Also, we have continued to abolish the tyrannical Obama rules on pollution, ocean drilling, and those pesky renewables. In recent days, we have identified some more traitors to the cause. You all know who I am talking about the despicable, Taylor Swift, who has urged people to register and vote against us. TRAITOR!! It is all a grand conspiracy by the commie ME TOO movement. The "fake news" libtard media recently published a smear article about my successful dealings in business and with the IRS. They actually implied that I am a tax cheat while everyone knows that I used my great brain to steal my money from the suckers. In foreign affairs, our grand ally the Saudis have shown the world what to do with pesky journalists as opposed to the stuck-up Germans who continue to harass our right-wing friends protesting the Merkel dictatorship. And finally, our, great legs, UN ambassador has resigned and I think Ivanka will be a great replacement; she is so knowledgeable about foreign affairs since she has been contracting with sweatshops all over Southeast Asia making her grand clothing lines. Good bye good people and remember your neighbor might be a demicrat so watch him. The media has been blaring in no uncertain terms about how Christie Ford is so brave and honorable to come forward thirty plus years after an attempted rape by Breet Kavanaugh. Bullshit! Christie Ford is no hero. How many teenage girls were raped and "trained" by Kavanaugh's heathen friends because she did not report the crime perpetrated against her thirty plus years ago while she was in a privileged private high school? How many women were raped at Yale University by Kavanaugh and his thugs? How many has he sexually assaulted since while he worked for the preverted Judge Kozinski? (Judge Alex Kozinski, who quit over sexual harassment allegations ...). How many people received suspect justice while he served on bench in Washington D.C and earlier?
Granted, Ford is not alone in not filing charges against this predator so her guilt is to be shared by a number of others who have done as she; but she is the one in the media the most. Her years of silence (and theirs) has exposed hundreds of unknown women to attack and psychological trauma. Is that the making of a hero? Like a serial killer/rapist who is not investigated for years by the police, the effect is the same. When the traitorous Republicans placed this animal on the Supreme Court, America will have descended to a new low which is amazing given America's history. When Kavanaugh votes to overturn Roe v Wade, affirmative action, give corporations unfettered power, and allow the criminal in the White House to pardon himself. We as a country can thank Ford and the other accusers who sat on their asses and said nothing. All the accusers are complicit in the future actions of Kavanaugh and there is only one way for these women to show some balls. Walk into the nearest police station that has jurisdiction over the rape charges and file. NOW!! They can save America. So far all they have done up to a week ago is save themselves. That is not good enough! Almost everyday I hear someone on MSNBC or elsewhere talking how Congress represents us. I say BS!
Does Congress represent you when they try to kill the Affordable Care Act? Does Congress represent you when they pass tax cuts for wealthy corporations who pay minimal taxes while paying their CEOs 320 times the average worker? Does Congress represent you when they allow an illegitimate fool named Donald Trump kill regulations geared to keep water, air, and food safe to consume? How about allow pesticides in the food your children eat? Does Congress represent you when they allow the same idiot to steal refugee asylum seekers' children and lock them in for- profit prisons to be abused by sexual deviants? Does Congress represent you when they lend military support to dictators in Saudi Arabia to bomb schools and buses in Yemen and Sudan? Does Congress represent you when they try to deny people with pre-existing conditions health insurance? Does Congress represent you when they stay quiet about a president who is a criminal and most likely a traitor to the country, or remain silent when he endorses and encourages racist violence, or when he has been shown to have lied over four thousand times? If you don't object to any of these, then you deserve trump and the rest of trash in the gop. |
