Trump and his DEPLORABLEs as seen by the media

I am guessing that you are as fed up with the media's not challenging the lies of GOP Presidential Nominee, Donald Trump as I am. It is really sickening reading about Trump supporters' anger and frustration with the current direction of government policies without ever hearing a rational basis for those  feelings. It is assumed that the rest of us who are rational thinkers and can connect the dots are supposed to be sympathetic with the Deplorables' ignorance, stupidity, and racism. Even when some media bring out the fact that Trump is a liar and that his policies are nonsensical, it  does so in a way that says his supporters still have legitimacy; that they are basing their support on some intellectual basis in which they have "connected the dots" and have vetted the two candidates and decided that Trump's positions are valid and Clinton's are not.

Of course that is all bullshit because it assumes that there is some sort of social-political-factual equivalency between Trump's and Hillary's supporters. That the information and thought processes used decide to support either candidate is bias free and that these human beings all possess the same ability to process this information and logically arrive at a conclusion. It ignores the pre-existing conditions of stupidity, racism, misogyny, and religious brainwashing.

Very few in the media will blame right-wing talk media and the purveyor of lies, Fox News, for poisoning the minds of Trump supporters and Hillary haters. The media will never say that his supporters are just stupid sonsofbitches who have always believed the GOP propaganda and that is why they are poor dumb fucks. The media will not explain to them that the President of the United States is not a King and hence cannot perform King Solomon solutions to their individual issues of imagined problems with the federal government. The media overlooks the fact that many of these people are willfully ignorant and will gladly scapegoat minorities, women, and others different from them as the cause of their problems something that dates back a few hundred years in America.

The media almost never highlights the fact that local and state government incompetence, corruption, and malfeasance should be the real target of their anger and dissatisfaction; or the fact they do not bother to vote in those elections thus allowing the fools and charlatans to influence their pathetic lives. The voter's lack of personal responsibility in participating in informing himself/herself of the real issues is ignored. The media does not call-out the dumber-than-dog-shit-voters for what they are; that would be considered "politically incorrect".

So, in the end, we have a media information system (main stream media) which is based on providing entertainment first and reality never. The system caters to the lowest common denominator to maximize profits and minimize exposing the system of exploitation and conformity which works to deny us all the freedom and justice we were promised 400 years ago. The media posing as the messenger is not innocent. It's guilt lies in abandoning its journalistic integrity and establishing false equivalencies between Hillary and Trump. It ignores the despicable behavior of the lynch mob Deplorables supporting Trump and poses them as legitimate as other voters who respect humanity and have dignity. A sad situation to say the least.
