No one could have predicted that the idiot Sarah Palin was correct when she predicted in the 2008 Presidential Campaign that one of the candidates was palling around with terrorists. It just happens that in her infinite stupidity she blamed the wrong person. It turns out that her running mate, the esteemed war criminal, John McCain, is the one palling around with the terrorists. As it turns out the senator during his treasonous foray to Syria was conducting so-called talks with a couple of kidnapping terrorists. The men identified by one of the victims of the kidnapping and verified by reliable sources was shown in a photo next to McCain.
Now, not that I am interested in trying the long-serving senator for treason or anything like that but this is not the first time he has palled around with terrorists. He was an avid supporter of Libya's Quaddifi, he praised Saddam Hussein of Iraq, and supported the Georgian president who was stealing Russian territory. Maybe, Senator John McCain just has bad judgement or he is so pro-war that he seeks out dictators who share the same philosophy. However, I think the problem goes deeper than that. Senator McCain totally disrespects the black man in the White House and is still pissed that he was beaten so badly in the 2008 campaign. He never misses an opportunity to try and embarrass President Barack Obama. Time and time again, he has been proven wrong on every foreign policy issue under this president and in his deluded mind he refuses to be the patriot he claims. McCain's actions are treasonous at the minimum and he has now suffer a greater embarrassment than his defeat in 2008. He now is the laughing stock of the foreign policy arena and he deserves all the ridicule that can be heaped upon him. McCain claims to be a patriot and has been called a war hero but what McCain's real legacy will be is that of a fool and man who has consistently undermined US foreign policy for the past twenty years.

The Florida Republican Latino outreach director, Pablo Pantoja, resigned his position after he finally realized the racist Republican Party was talking about him in their anti-immigration pseudo report authored by a Harvard educated racist. After five years of racist dogma directed at Obama by the GOP and its presidential candidate, Mr. Pantoja finally realized that the GOP thought even less of him and his heritage. The only question is what took him so long to see the truth. Was it the Heritage report or maybe it was the immigration bill put forth by another racist Repub that wanted to allow immigration reform only for those working as housekeepers, gardeners, dishwashers, and nurse aides; in other words lower paying slave jobs were the only jobs Latinos were capable of handling since according to the Heritage report Latinos are not very intelligent.
Is it that Mr. Pantoja thought the Repubs were his friends? Did he think he could rise in the party-of-hate to a high position as an operative who convinced Latinos to vote against their own best interests and that the party was their friend? Or was it because one of his party friends called him a "wetback"? Whatever Mr. Pantoja's reason for switching to the Democratic Party, I am sure that he has felt the same embarrassment that many former black Repubs have who sold their souls to the party and realized that they had made a mistake. Whatever Mr. Pantoja reasons were, he now realizes that the foundation of the Republican Party is hate, fear, and exploitation of the weak and vulnerable. Maybe, now he will turn his efforts to informing his Latino brethren the truth about the Repubs and work hard to ensure their electoral defeats in the future. South Carolina has established a new low for electing an incompetent fool to office. The white Republican voters of the first district of South Carolina successfully elected a three term do-nothing ex-Congressman and philandering thief as governor back into the House of Representatives. A man who has lied to his wife and kids, stolen money from the state, endorsed legislation against women, minorities, and workers won the election by 9% over a very qualified white woman. One has to wonder what the voters in that district like about Mark Sanford. Obviously, they were not interested in electing someone who was interested in their issues unless their issues are to suppress women, minorities, and promote the goals of low taxes for the rich. Whatever their reasoning, it is apparent that a state that has previously elected Lindsey Graham, Tom Scott, and Jim DeMint is not concerned with having representation that benefits the less than wealthy. But then as the great sage Ann Coulter says "People in South Carolina would elect Hitler if he were a Republican."
