Here are some headlines that proves that you have rogue government that does not give a damn about the 99% brought to you by the dumb-ass voters who supported this fraud.

President Trump has found a photo that he likes so much of his inauguration that it will be displayed in the upper/lower press hall. Woot! Finally found a photo he likes of his inauguration on the 21st of January. Wait, what?… 5. Trump’s New Executive Order Will Lead To Millions More Abortions And Unintended Pregnancies. 6. CBS Confirms Trump Brought His Own Studio Audience To Clap For Him At CIA Speech. 7. Trump bans government scientists from sharing their work with the taxpayers who funded it. That is just a few. I hope that the idiots/suckers who voted for this clown are feeling great as they drink polluted water, die from a lack of healthcare, or serve their children contaminated food and drugs. Congratulations, suckers. Sometimes I sit back and wonder why America is so fucked up. We all know about and have heard about, unless you are a Fox News viewer, the racism, economic inequality, dysfunctional government, pathetic prison system, and our loophole-filled tax system but have you ever wondered what things would be like if we did something different?
For example, on economic inequality, say we require all states to charge corporations and LLCs a minimum tax of say twenty percent and stop the tax rebate/deferral scam which allows corporations to make states bid against each other for the jobs and economic growth. A portion of the tax revenue will be used to offset property tax paid by homeowners, improve infrastructure, fund education and health programs, etc. in those states. Couple this with a national minimum wage of fifteen dollars per hour with yearly increases of four percent, for example. That way the playing field is more level for all states. Also workers can unionize freely. Of course, there will exist a single payer health system. Add legalized marijuana which is heavily taxed and states economic future becomes much brighter. Another example is the pathetic prison system. Instead of locking people in jail for years for economic crimes and forgetting about them, excluding bankers, why don't we institute a mandatory educational and skills training system in those prisons. (Eliminate for-profit prisons immediately). Make the prisons truly re-habitation centers and not persecution centers. Stop locking people up for minor drug possession. Revamp housing policies that aide to low income instead of penalizing them. Build affordable housing in urban centers even if it has to be government(state, county or city) owned. Homelessness costs governments more than providing affordable housing nd putting them in prison is insanity. Finally, on our tax system we need a totally new approach. First eliminate all deductions dealing with non-family factors. Tax all income as income, no more carried interest crap! Corporations can only deduct expenses for wages, research and development, and major fixed costs for equipment and expansion in the United States. Executives paid more that 250 times the lowest worker salary will pay higher taxes. No more corporate deductions for CEO pay packages or laying off workers. Also all workers will be given shares in the company stock plus have movable pensions. Add to this a guaranteed minimum income for the unemployed and underemployed. These are just three examples but I don't here our worthless political leaders talking about anything that will help the 99%, do you? Thirteen(13) democrats showed their true colors Wednesday by voting against a bill which would have allowed the importation of prescription drugs from Canada. It was an effort to reduce the inflated costs in the US and to help seniors lower their medical expenses in an amendment sponsored by Sen. Bernie Sanders and supported by many republicans. The 13, as it turns out, are up for reelection in 2018 and Big Pharma is a major contributor to all of their campaigns; hence the no votes.
As an example, Sen. Sanders receives no Big Pharma money and 68% of his campaign funding in 2016 came from small individual donors(less than $200). Whereas Sen. Booker received 78% from large contributors and $385,678 from Big Pharma. Similar numbers are available for the other twelve Big Pharma lap-dogs who put their reelection campaigns ahead of serving the people. Sen. Booker said the following: “I support the importation of prescription drugs as a key part of a strategy to help control the skyrocketing cost of medications. Any plan to allow the importation of prescription medications should also include consumer protections that ensure foreign drugs meet American safety standards. I opposed an amendment put forward last night that didn’t meet this test. The rising cost of medications is a life-and-death issue for millions of Americans, which is why I also voted for amendments last night that bring drug prices down and protect Medicare’s prescription drug benefit. I’m committed to finding solutions that allow for prescription drug importation with adequate safety standards.” Does Sen. Booker really believe that prescriptions drugs(name brand drugs) imported from Canada are really unsafe? We are not talking about some garbage from China or Vietnam. Canada happens to be a real country with high living standards and not a third rate kleptocracy. Or is it that Sen. Booker and the other twelve are just spineless cowards more interested in Big Pharma money and are not inclined to provide real support to the little people. The same little people who supported Sen. Sanders in his presidential campaign and whom the 13 claim to care about. Once again this episode shows that the Democratic Party is infected with self-serving opportunists who lacks the guts to be progressive and really support the people they claim to champion. They are just what the Republicans are not, a party of no convictions or backbone. And we wonder how we got Trump. The United States of America has become the laughing stock of the world thanks to the dumber-than-dogshit Trump voters who in their infinite stupidity elected a sexual prevert and Russian traitor to the presidency. The reports just released by Buzzfeed.com describe a man, Trump, engaging in "Golden Showers" with prostitutes, making multiple trips to Russia for sexual liasons, some with underage girls, engaging in shady business deals, collaborating with Russian leaders to slander his presidential opponents, and of course lying to everyone about his involvement in all of the above.
We reached this great milestone in destroying America's already sordid image thanks to America's racist, homophobic, uber ignorant white voters. The ones who want to "Make America Great Again" by continuing to elect politicians who rob their pockets while playing to their gross ignorance as exemplied by the "Arkansas Traveler". It is really not surprising that this would happen in America given the years of dumbing down the public, the growth of wilful ignorance, the worthless commerical media, and the religious hypocrisy and bigotry that infects the public sphere. I guess in a way it is just payback for giving credibility to charlatans who spout "trickle-down" economics, glorify free trade, deny women's rights, and promote school vouchers and charter schools. These memes serve as guises to cover their ultimate goal of robbing working Americans of their middle class aspirations, destroying any chance for a unified class struggle against the tryanny of the greedy and advancing the country toward a more enlighten era. The marriage begun after World War II of Israel and the United States has been one of the world's greatest disasters. Combining the US's anti-semitism with Europe's, a plan was created to dump refugee Jews as far from Europe as possible. Under the guise of Palestine being their original homeland, the WW II victors dumped the Jews on Palestine. And hence, both countries' beginnings share a similar history.
First, both were "founded" by colonizers/invaders from Europe. The US by British castoffs(Pilgrims with their phony religious beliefs) and clients of the British throne seeking to satisfy their greed through imperialism, slavery, and exploitation of non-white populations. While Israel was "founded" by Jewish castoffs from anti-semitic Europe. After sitting on their guilt-ridden behinds and watching six million Jews slaughtered by the Nazis, the US and European victors dumped the Jews on Palestine, another country just like 15th century America that was inhabited by "uncivilized" people. Both countries embarked on genocidal campaigns against the real inhabitants to acquire their land and resources. Second, slavery and the denial of human rights were the driving force to creating economic prosperity in both countries. Slavery was the progenitor of capitalism in the US and government sanctioned discrimination in housing, education, social interactions have created second class citizens. In Israel, denying Palestinians human rights, educational opportunities, and seizing of land for settlements, etc, has been the fuel for neverending conflict between the Jews and Palestinians. And finally, the election of Donald Trump, a con-man, Mafia associate, bigot, and traitor mirrors the leader of Israel. Benjamin Netanyahu, a bigot and criminal who is currently under investigation for accepting bribes, etc, for the second time. A marriage made in hell and the world has suffered for centuries(US) and decades(Israel). |
