24 hours after the SOTU

President Obama gave his annual State of the Union speech last night and as always it was amazing to see the GOP sitting like string-less puppets whenever he mentioned anything that benefits middle and worker class Americans. For example, when he proposed closing loopholes for billionaires to help with tax breaks for workers, the GOP was silent. Making community college free for all, the GOP was silent. When he discussed raising the minimum wage, the GOP was silent. When he promoting climate change remedies, the GOP was silent. Explaining the growth in Obamacare to 10 million people, the GOP was silent. When Obama said basically the hell with the Keystone pipeline and promoted real infrastructure spending, the GOP was silent.


If you noticed, there is kind of a pattern here set by the GOP. They don't support anything for the 99% and refuse to support anything that actually benefits the country and promotes growth. The party of selfishness and greed, mixed with a large number of David Duke supporters, will do nothing for America. Their solutions given to them by the fascists ALEC, The Chamber of Commerce, Koch Brothers, Grover Norquist, and Sheldon Adelsons will never benefit working people. For the next two years the country will be in a stalemate of the status quo. Hopefully when intelligent people vote we can remove some of the garbage from the Senate and House and leave fools like Joni Ernst to sit in the corner with their thumbs in their ears.
