Repubs Really Think You are Stupid

I often ask myself why people in 26 states of this country vote for republican candidates (or reelect them). When you read the main stream media newspapers, which is not saying much, and see how GOP officials repeatedly vote against helping the citizens of their respective states, etc. you have to ask why.

I have come to the conclusion that republicans really believe that their supporters or so stupid that they will always vote for them if they continue to push the right social issues, exploit their racist beliefs, and prey on their total ignorance of the issues. 

No greater example of the latter was more evident than a 9/16 NY Times article on Kentuckians hatred of Obamacare (the ACA) but loved Kynect the Kentucky state-run version of the ACA. The article details how poor people profess they will continue to vote republican even though the repub candidates vow to kill the health program. 

This is just one example but you can believe that in 26 states this is just a blip on the scale of stupidity.
